It's why I sold my house. poo is gonna crash HARD. I put a BIG ASS check in the bank yesterday and now I wait. I'm gonna buy someone's house next year at a steep discount and I'm not even gonna feel bad about it because I've told everyone who will listen exactly what I plan to do.

Perhaps but it would be difficult to point out exactly when folks were exposed unless antibody presence curves are available, which is something I don't know about; a positive antibody test could come from an exposure at any point. What I do know is that I work in a medical-related field and my wife is a nurse, with our own supply of flu and strep tests at our house. All flu tests were negative, which is what my healthcare provider associate said about many of the suspect diagnoses they mentioned.

Now, there are many respiratory viruses that aren't the flu - I fully recognize that. The timing is sure suspicious though and if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's likely a duck even though I have no way of being 100% sure.

An article about the December sample in France that tested positive for COVID. Who knows if this is a false positive or what but interesting nonetheless.

There was a WIDE SPREAD respiratory illness that went around my work in mid-December.  Could it have been just the seasonal flu that hit hard at my job?  Possibly, but it had all the markers for Covid-19.  I have talked to a good amount of people that had the same symptoms or personally knew someone with those symptoms in December.

I have heard umpteen different stories across 5-6 states about people being sick as fug in Dec/Jan. At the same time, this illness mirrors a lot of other common illnesses that would be floating around at that time.

Yeah, I would've bet good money I had it. I developed a helluva chest cold shortly after a trip to Seattle in January. I had a dry cough that lingered about two months. Never had a cough like that for nearly that long. Whatever it was it wasn't COVID. The initial antibody test came back inconclusive. The second follow up test came back conclusively negative.

And you think it's a fluke they stuck positive COVID-19 patients in nursing homes?  And do you think it's a fluke that around the same time they signed a bill blocking litigation against nursing homes?  De Blasio and Cuomo....ugh, I can't even convey how bad I want these two worthless pieces of trash to suffer like they made these people suffer.

I too may have had it in late Dec/Jan. Cough that just lingered for ever, a high temp for a couple days, overall weak feeling, etc.

I drank heavily during that period so I believe that made me immune. I have sponsored a recent study that proves keeping a certain BAC level will kill the virus.

Even where I live I have heard, while not outright killing people, that medial staff are still coding deaths as COVID-19 even though they died of something else (i.e. heart attack) in order to get the Federal COVID-19 relief dollars.

Eh....leans conspiracy theorish but it's hard to discount anything. NC had their rest homes get WRECKED with the CoronAIDS too.

I did see a couple of articles recently on how bad it had been at reat homes in general. Super susceptible population, crammed in and exposed to health workers that had high probability to come in contact with it. TBH, they are kind of breeding grounds for it.

I just updated my post, but yeah, I guess it's what you are willing to believe.  I see people in this forum bite on way worse "conspiracy theories" that this.  It plainly obvious why.

Anyway, I hope this is investigated and if this lady is some kook, so be it.   I think it won't be investigated because the rot goes all the way to the top of New York's corrupt politicians.
