Just left the grocery store. It was apocalyptic. Like if a blizzard and a hurricane we're gonna hit the NC coast at the same time.

I figured as much.  I got it delivered to my house.  I tipped the guy $20.  He looked very surprised and hopefully this will make his day.

It’s a relaxing life.  Me doing nothing but having some me time is the best.  Most adults have busy hectic life so staying isolated all day is not a terrible thing.

I’m about to fire up my solo stove Yukon, open a bottle of red and have a cigar on my back patio.

This. The world is saying stay inside if you can. I can and don't mind. If you can stay inside it is irresponsible not to.

Plus i have a fun house and get along with my family.

No sports hurts though.

I bet Trump has the Coronavirus. That stupid bastard keeps holding press conferences and shaking people's hands. He doesn't care that he's putting others at risk. Trump admitted today that he took the test and is awaiting the results. If it comes back positive, I highly doubt he will admit that he's infected.

lol I was thinking the same thing.

That's probably what's coming here soon minus the smoke shops of course.

I mean it's a simple but effective concept.  As few people out in public as possible = as few infections as possible = healthcare system is stressed over a longer period of time but the stress is less intense.

Harris Teeter will close daily at 9pm.  Even 24 hour stores.

Did the same last night.  The Aisle with toilet paper was empty.  So were the fresh meats.  People were mostly polite and patient though.  Ironically, canned goods were barely touched.  I would think it would be the other way around.  We have a 50 pound bag of rice, but that is just because my wife buys in bulk.

Funny thing was we couldn't find toilet paper in the grocery store, but the little place where we buy gas had a lot of it.  We bought about 12 rolls at 90 cents a roll.  Guy said that was the most he had sold all week.  Guess people just don't look for tp at the gas station.

Yeah, stores are going to be swamped for a while, but it'll probably slow down going into April, or when things peak. I hope they start passing laws to limit people from buying, and reselling products (if there aren't already some). I know a few countries have implemented some serious penalties for trying to profit on the chaos.
