If you're suggesting that means throwing the season to get one player, I don't see it.  He is just reassuring the fans that there is a plan in place. Tepper is a smart guy and I don't see him putting the hopes of the franchise on one draft pick, rather building an all around good team.  I'd believe that's why he wanted Rhule, because Rhule has won with what he has, not hoping to win with blue chip players.
