Incorrect. Little was well regarded. He was the #3 overall prospect in the country coming out of high school according to 247sports composite rankings, which factors in the rivals, espn, and 247sports ranking.

He only played 3 years in college, whereas a lot of Olineman play 4 or 5 years after being redshirted. There's no doubt he would've been drafted higher if he stayed in school at least a year longer. Additionally, he was drafted 37 overall (5 picks after the 1st round).

I'm not giving up on him like most jabronis who post on this board.

What does a prospect ranking have to do with any of core-draft grading. And the more he played, and people started paying attention, he stock would fall further. From a future top 10 pick to where he ended up being saved from free fall by the Panthers.

Giving up on him would involve actually believing he could ever be an effective LT at some point. It was easy to see for most fans of SEC West schools. Lack of strength, effort and footwork. Same problems as now. With a concussion history now thrown in.

I was specifically referring to the "not well regarded" comment, which I feel is inaccurate based off what I stated earlier. We are going to have to see how it plays out with him in the coming years.

I know. Still doesn’t explain how his HS star ranking meant anything for his draft stock.. it might mean something in your evaluation, but the more teams saw, the less they liked.

Tytus Howard was a 6-3/ 225lb. QB who rushed for 315 yards in his last game in HS. Walked on at Alabama State. And still went 14 picks ahead of Little. That’s how much HS rankings mean.
