That is true. 

IMO--this either confirms we couldn't get a draft pick for Turner or they are really that comfortable with this much 2020 cap allocation to one position.  It's likely the latter which tells me they really don't care about spending much in FA for 2020. 

This sets free agency expectations super low for this season in getting anyone young enough to build around beyond the draft.  When we ditch Poe, this will be a wash $ wise but ditching Poe was supposed to give us room to spend.  Meh.  I'm over it at this point unless they surprise me with a FA signing.  And we'll see who we draft that's exciting.  Yay.
