REPORT: Panthers interested in re-signing Mario Addison

Jourdan Rodrigue reports Panthers are interested in bringing back Addison to a short, team-friendly deal. They are also preparing to let Gerald McCoy, Vernon Butler, Bruce Irvine walk.

He’s the kind of high motor, hard playing guys that Rhule likes. If we can bring him back on a friendly deal it could be huge

Hmm if they are letting McCoy and Irvin walk I would have thought they would at least make Vernon an offer.

Addison on a team friendly deal is a great idea. He is not part of this group that needs to be purged, IMO. Just a great guy to have around.

He career was saved by Rivera. I do wonder if Washington has much interest. Bringing him back would be huge though. The first money well spent this offseason.

Maybe is a Panther, through and through. Johnson did it(although after getting mega bucks from us).

Johnson was coming back to a contending team. Not this mess. If he doesn’t care about winning or money it’s possible.

With Cam back, we may not be as far away from contention as many think.

So trade Trai(young), keep Mario(Old), keep Cam (Old) for a rebuild? This organization makes no sense.
