Before it gets too much later in the week...

Recommended Posts

I know that a few players drop by here and look around at the asinine bs that we spout off on a daily basis, but before we start looking too hard at this New Orleans game, I wanted to throw a message to them if any happen to see it.

Thanks guys. For one week, I was happy being a Panther fan again.

Jake, you finally looked like the game manager I know you can be.

Smitty, you looked like your old self.

Double Trouble, hard nosed smash mouth excitement as always boys.

O-Line, you looked like a brick wall.

Jarrett, for at least one game I had no complaints.

Peppers, you have no idea how refreshing it is to see you play at the level that anyone who has watched you for any length of time knows you are capable of playing at.

Mr. Thomas, I don't know what caused this renaissance, but I like it. Keep it up, big man.

To the rest of the line, you guys are no slouches either but I felt those two deserved special attention.

Beason and Davis, thank you for simply being amazing players.

Na'il, thank you for making sure there is no weak point in our LB's.

Sherrod Martin, you were given a once in a lifetime opporotunity to start in an NFL game and you made the most of it. Absolutely wonderful, young sir.

Cap'n, just keep it going man.

Mr. Harris, keep layin' that wood.

To the corners, more improvement every week and I cannot complain about that.

Kickers, finally looking like I remember.

ST.....thanks for trying.

To the injured: Rest well, heal quick.

none of them would read this unless you made the thread title specifically attention-grabbing to them

edit: i'm getting neg-repped for this, so should the original poster take offense, let me clarify: the post was thoughtful and enjoyable, but it is not likely to be read, not because of any personal reasons, but because the title isn't something that would leap out to the attention of an NFL player who is likely to have little time on his hands and wouldn't just browse through every topic.

Great thread, But you left some people out i feel should get props aswell

The coaches - for getting a good gameplan and executing it great job.

I think it's obvious the coaches don't read the Huddle. If they did, Matt Moore would be starting but he wouldn't need to throw a pass, since we could run at will with Double Trouble virtually the entire game.

if the coaches read the Huddle, John Fox would get Jake Delhomme to stab Danny Crossman, then fire jake and start matt moore forever, then whip shove his own dong up his rear and literally f*ck himself.
