They don't have to offer Cam anything until they feel comfortable that he has fully healed.

   What’s wrong? You don’t like it when you can’t holler bias against Cam. Since I’m only here for him. Please tell me all my biases and issues that hav e offended your delicate nature. Anything I stated about the situation not true. Address that and not your blanket criticisms.

All he said was that mr Scott is nauseating, which he is. 

When the season ended he argued that Cam wanted out of Carolina, said he had sources.  Then when Cam tweeted about how much he loved charlotte and his fans, he claimed it was a farewell tweet. Then Cam tweeted he was definitely staying in Carolina.  Scott quickly changed to the team wanting to move on from Cam, also citing sources. Several times the team says they want Cam here and he tries to spin it each time.

Its whatever, but it is nauseating to argue with him cause he continues to move the goal post

Wrong...again.

Word was that Newton wanted an extension and the Panthers weren't willing to give it to him (that second part is actually still true). The two were at an impasse and a parting of the ways was likely unless someone caved.

Someone did. It was Newton, though the "can't I get a commitment" post on Instagram might indicate the feeling is still there.

There are also indications the team might still be prepared to move on regardless, but with Newton not being healthy they can't.

And FYI, it's not "moving the goal posts" to have to explain things to someone that either doesn't understand what they're reading or is too lazy to argue the actual point so they just make up stuff their opponent didn't say.
