And you weren't with Narwocki, so don't patronize others and imply they aren't your intellectual equal. Or aren't "smart" enough to know the difference.

You weren't smart enough. Those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

If you say so.

Yeah the 50 posts you've already made in this thread definitely screams you don't really care.

You're so fresh.

You know, perhaps I should give more credence to the opinions of internet strangers who don't know me, have never met me and have no place in my life rather than relying on the word of people who know me well and see me every day.

Nah. That'd be stupid.

This is just them trying to drum up trade interest

WFNZ talking about it now.  Said their sources down the street have told them the Panthers have recieved 0 phone calls and 0 teams have shown any interest despite what some other rumors that have been circulating

Me.

Right here.

(Points at self)

Biggest Cam fan in the world.  If you disagree, I'll fight you.

BUT...

Why in the world would anyone think that any team would trade anything of value for:

1. A quarterback who has been injured for going on two years (including shoulder problems);

2. A quarterback whose abilities have possibly has been drained to a bare husk by his previous idiot, moron, ingrate head coach;

3. A quarterback who half his own (supposed) "fan" base disdains and disrespects him;

4. A quarterback who easily the majority of OTHER teams fanbases hate him with the fire of 1000 suns; and

5. A quarterback that the league and its officials have made it quite clear (for some odd reason, *knudge* *knudge* *wink* *wink*) that they have no willingness to protect in the same manner they do other quarterbacks.

Only in the world of lollipop trees and unicorn farts is any team gonna trade anything significant for Cam Newton.  Now that doesn't mean that Super Genius Tepper doesn't hate his guts and won't have him traded for a bag of balls... that could happen, I guess.  But anyone sitting around dreaming of getting a draft pick haul for Cam Newton right now is huffing those unicorn farts I just mentioned.

Never understood why fans think a Qb that has been hurt 2 years in a row and all the things you just laid out would bring in a top 10 even top 5 pick

If he's healthy hope he's here in Carolina and we fix the Oline and defense we have weapons on offense now

If he's not healthy how are you going to get back high draft picks for him

I don't know that I buy all of that, but one and two are fair points.

The Panthers could very easily decide that if they won't get the kind of return they want in a trade, they'll just have him play out the final year of his deal without any guarantees.

As has been mentioned, that's a lot better deal for the Panthers than it is Newton. He basically assumes all the risk, and a lot could go wrong. Having your "prove it" year be under a new coach with a new system isn't exactly ideal either.

The same and ONLY two posters still diving on the sword for Ian’s credibility that I called out in another thread.

Just hold the L and swallow your pride, the guy is notorious for bad takes(see the ab to the bills story).

the same toxic poster going 1 v 32 like always because the public wants more credible reporters than shock value ones, what a clown
