I really think we can walk out of this draft with our DT, CB1 and WR2 set up with studs. I also think we can add a FS, IOL and TE2 that will be good starters.

I'm somewhere in top CB (Not sure it's Okuda anymore), Simmons, or Jeudy/Ruggs land.  In no particular order and I'm not sure which way of the 3 options I'm leaning more towards.

Okudah, Simmons and Brown still look like the elite prospects (Young did not test but obviously is too).  Wirfs teetering on that level now too.

Possibly throw in Becton and with 1 QB we will have at least one of those guys available at 7. Throw in 2 or 3 QBs (or holy crap 4) before us and we’d have 2 or 3 of Okudah, Simmons, Brown, Wirfs and Becton (Young ain’t dropping to 7). I like pick 7 especially with how well Herbert and Love have been regarded with the Senior Bowl and combine.

I'd love to get a guy like Becton. I could see him being a 15 year LT.

Sounds like he may be a lock for top 10 now. Thomas seems to have dropped. We’ll have a great player at 7, barring us going QB or something crazy.

I could see Becton being the pick if Brown is off the board. Heck, I could see him being the pick even if Brown is still on the board. Generational athlete with onfield performance that backs his combine. Same with Simmons.

Here's a vid with a little good-and-bad.  He fails at his job to set the edge on this play, but then exhibits a "don't give up" follow-up which is pretty damn good at his size.

 

Davidson maybe my favorite hope to be there at 38, panthers need a junk-yard dawg at DE/edge.

My best draft have 2 DLs, 2 OLmen, 1 WR, 1 Safety, and 1 wild-card. Using these mocks as a base, its possible.

Man, this two month combine to draft period is brutal, especially since I don’t see us as FA players. Almost as bad as the post draft lull before training camp. Just nothing new to discuss. I guess we can talk comp picks as we lose guys.
