Here's an interesting simulation:

7: R1P7
QB TUA TAGOVAILOA
ALABAMA
38: R2P6
DL NEVILLE GALLIMORE
OKLAHOMA
69: R3P5
WR CHASE CLAYPOOL
NOTRE DAME
110: R4P7
LB JORDYN BROOKS
TEXAS TECH
152: R5P6
DL DAVON HAMILTON
OHIO STATE
184: R6P5
CB JAMES PIERRE
FLORIDA ATLANTIC
221: R7P7
RB AJ DILLON
BOSTON COLLEGE

Who's dancing drunk, buck naked in the streets if this actually happened?  I know at least one guy!

Claypool also had an excellent week at the Senior Bowl on the actual field, then opened eyes by outperforming many of the top names with 2-3 inches more ht and 25 lbs more weight.  I just think Brady will have some major mismatches waiting on defenses with this guy.  Red zone nightmare

Don't get me wrong, I like the guy as our pick, just not #38.  If he's there in the 3rd (see my mock simulation) I'm all for it.  Unless things go haywire, I'm 100% for defense in rounds 1 & 2.

Yeah, when virtually every draftable SEC OL is saying he was their toughest match up that pretty much says it all.

Additionally, I'm just gonna have to chime in here and disagree with @ellis... I find a 5.16 40-yd dash by a 6-5 326 lb DT far from "lax", lol.

If the Panther's don't go DT in the 1st, another Auburn prospect Marlon Davidson would be an interesting pick in the 2nd/3rd.  He's played edge in the SEC, but he has the size to play 3-tech.

Here's a vid with a little good-and-bad.  He fails at his job to set the edge on this play, but then exhibits a "don't give up" follow-up which is pretty damn good at his size.

This is not for you but for everyone that comments on it. The combine has always used 1/8 of a inch in measurements.  Since forever.  They do it that way, so I've been told, so every year you can compare one player to another without converting fractions.  It's the other websites that reduces the 6/8 to 3/4 but the official combine numbers will always be in 1/8 of an inch.

I know what you mean, but they used to use decimals.  (Waaaay back) which would serve the same purpose-I think--there has to be a reason they switched.

See the 1994 combine results:  http://nflcombineresults.com/nflcombinedata.php?year=1994&pos=&college=
