I recall stating that if Ron Rivera got fired, we could kiss Cam goodbye. 

First, QBs, even franchise ones, don't often survive a HC and major regime change, which is what the majority of the huddle has been begging for the past 2 years.  Got your wish. Congrats. 

Second, the fact that Cam hasn't been able to stay healthy on adds to the first. 

He may still survive the offseason,  but not likely. 

The new head coach wants to win, and doesn't want to have to depend on a player that hasn't played significant football in 2 years.

If Tepper is at the point of no return with Cam, TELL HIM, move on. Use the #7 on a QB. Tell folks he's ready and if you get no offers, move on.

There is no strategical advantage to any of this if anything he has harmed Cams trade value. If he had sooooo much respect for Ron not to lead him on, do the same for Cam.

Ultimately he knows what he wants to do. Obviously they've leaked their intentions on purpose so hiding it from fans is beyond idiotic. Operate in daylight not darkness.

All the money in the world can't buy a good football culture and Gettleman type management will drain the life and goodwill out of an organization.

Yes, because the Pelicans continue to win the lottery yet no real basketball success to show for it. Guys just to play out their contract and leave. They're not going to win a championship like that.

That trade just happened this season... they have yet to recoup the fruits of that trade so how do say what they are going to do? sounds like your projecting.
