Moton's contract

We have a glaring need at LT, while some are banking on a guy who was raw with a 2nd round draft grade and looks as concussion prone as Oher was beforw retiring.

Moton is set to become a FA this next offseason.

And DJ Humphries just set the market for him.

So not only do we have a Huge ? At LT AND LG, but Moton may be gone after this year as well.

No fugging way am I investing in a QB until this OL is fixed.

Humphrey is a ton better than moton and is a LT for one.  Two Moton was beaten like a drum on the left side so this is just really dumb.

Humphries has been crap uo until this year, and still wasnt better than Moton.

And good RT money not LT.

And comparing to a really bad team with a terrible GM with a bad contract on a player that jusy isn't worth it. Arizona probibly won't be meaningful again while Keim is running the show for Bidwell. It's all too familiar.

You are all right--if you ask me. It is hard to say.  Moton is not great--he is average--however, I'd rather pay Moton that amount than Bradberry.  Moton could play guard in 2020 if we drafted Wills, for example-a stud RT.  Then you have Moton negotiating from a G perspective, not a T.  Little and Daley could compete for LT duties, and I would draft one at some point as well.  Who knows?  Moton is not worth $15m per, just as Bradberry is not worth $16m per.  I would add that Moton's play (if compared to other linemen) is more likely to improve than not--(Linemen peak closer to 30-32, DBs peak around 26-28.  Fun fact.

Both Little and Daley are not long term options. Little is a concussion or two away from retirement and Daley isn't good enough to start. True we could draft a RT this year and LT next but we will need a QB at some point too.
