Can We Win the NFC South in 2020 **

This is a five win roster even with a healthy Cam Newton.  On paper, it is quite possibly the worst defense in the nfl. 
 

Our over under for wins just came out in Vegas at 6.5. I’d be shocked if this team won over 6.5 games next year.

Sure, brees is up in the air, the bucs have no QB, and who knows with atlanta.  If cam comes back and is healthy, I can see anything happening.  I wouldnt predict it, I'm not that crazy, but fwiw we were "doomed" in 2015 when KB got injured and our leading reciever was gonna be ted ginn.

Your hypothetical makes too many major positive assumptions to be realistic. Cam recovers to MVP form. All of the injuries that devastated the OL last year are no longer a factor and injury was the only thing keeping Paradis from performing well. Rookies who looked at best okay at times when they were able to play will be adequete despite limited reps last year at one of the most challenging positions on the field (LT). Brady's new offensive system will be nothing but positive as everyone will absord and thrive in it immediately instead of some period of adjustment/learning.

Note that's before we even get to the defense.

I would be thrilled if we won 8 games next year.  THRILLED.

All I want to see is that we are competitive next year.  No more blowouts.  No more low effort performances.  Far fewer mistakes.  I can live with a team that plays hard and fast, stays in the game but just isn't quite good enough.

With drew who dat Brees giving it another chance for a sb I’ll bet my dinero we have no shot . We are one of the worst teams in the nfl unless rhule and Brady are so good and hurney gets lucky and hits big in the draft which I doubt both . So suck it for Lawrence and fields . This season is a sacrifice year
