Tepper is either going to come out of this looking like a mad genius or the worst owner in the NFL. Judging by his profession it’s a 95% chance of the latter. He’s playing the long game though so I doubt we’ll see much change anytime soon. Besides his scapegoat. It’s the only logical reason he’s keeping Hurney around.

So your getting your feels all up on because I made an off the cuff remark that has some merit to it but doesn’t mean jack poo to the panthers? I would not be surprised if the NFL hands Rivera a championship considering their love for him, that’s the point of the comment but you take it as a person offense.

This tells me Tepper really hated the culture here.  This is all about bringing a different attitude and vision to the Panthers. Question is will it work with Hurney at the helmet and hardly any NFL experience.
