I think the flames are when you verbally abuse someone who (in your opinion) deserved it.  Beer is a toast for having balls--I think.  Pie is Jeremy's thing from his controversial childhood, and the milkshake is ?????

Ive been giving people flames when I really really liked what they said. People have probably been looking at a lot of my flames for months now like “wth dude?”

I still have no idea what the milkshake does but I’m afraid if I use it all the boys will show up in my yard. That could come in handy during the summer.

Flames can also be given out when someone is "spitting fire" as it were.
