Post your top 5 for pick #7 in order

I love Brown.  However, the OL has to be priority.  I would take Thomas and move Little to LG, where I think he can play (he'd probably be a better RG, so this move could give us a reason to trade Turner--he is overrated, but keeps making the pro bowl.  I think we could get a great deal for him.  So Thomas gives us options.   Brown is the better player.

I think Burrow, Young, Okudah, and Tua are near locks to be gone by #7, so I will not include these players)

1. Thomas OT (Little to G with backup T skills--our Travelle Wharton)

2. Brown DT (With KK and a solid NT, he could be special)

3. Epenesa DE (With Burns as a OLB/4-3 DE on passing downs, we need a stud DE on the other side.  This is purely a need pick.  The combine could push him into the top 10--

4. Jeudy WR (I hate to take a WR in the first round when the draft is so deep---Jeudy would be here.  However, a #1 WR gives us a stud #2 WR and moves Samuel to #3.--pretty dang good.  Without Olsen and a weak TE draft, we need more weapons.)

5. Simmons LB (A special talent that has to be used correctly)

Brown- We have to stop the run again and he’s an interior guy that can pass rush. Young KK was a huge difference for us when we could sack Brees or Ryans up the middle and not rely on the edge all the time.

Thomas- We have to protect the qb for once and I believe that he could be out answer on that and not have to cross our fingers that Greg Little doesn’t have injuries day in and day out.

Okudah- Chris Gamble was low key a great player for us and investing in a good corner I have no qualms over

Simmons- Someone who can play all over the defense, it has started to become a trend in today’s pass happy nfl to have players be hybrid in the back 7.

Espenesa- Trench player that can stop the run and pass rush. Finding someone from college with size and pass rushing capabilities seems just as hard as finding a Tackle these days.

*honorable mention*

Kinlaw- see Brown with the run stopping.
