A lifetime.  We are all works in progress, some are just too stubborn to admit it, too myopic to see it, or too stupid let it happen.

After missing almost all of last season with an injury, having should have missed half of the previous season with an injury (if the HC was not too stubborn to see the obvious), and having been coached on new throwing mechanics, I'd say he is about two games into this chapter of that process....and he played those hurt.

Arent we all. Was a common phrase around me growing up. We are all a work in progress.
