Only the Dolphins were truly tanking .. The rest of the teams were still actually trying to win.  Bengals lost their 1st round pick in TCamp and had injuries all season... The Dolphins were having a fire sell and trying to field the worst team and it didn't work...Trying to tank is a stupid plan...

If a team were to assemble the greatest football minds available, and pay them well to devise a plan to be the worst team in a given year in order to secure the #1 pick, I can guarantee you they could not do a better job than some other team(s) naturally accomplish.  

It is some sort of natural law about incompetence, and it applies well beyond the world of the NFL or sports.

That is good thinking outside the box and could very well be correct.First step is Cam passing a physical and workouts and then if he passes both move onto step number two. I feel there is a lot of questions to be answered before we automatically pencil him in as our starting QB next year just because "HE" said he would be back.

You realize who ‘he’ is right?   He actually had discussions with the decision makers 

  I’ll take his statement over people’s conjectures or the desire to have the next great drafted unproven starter on this team

Imagine making a former MVP who just rested a year compete against a guy who had more turnovers than TDs and then got benched for Jimmy Clausen Jr

Why would that upset me and why even post that? 

 

And since the 2015 season Cam has only gone over 8 wins once and that was before his injuries and with a much much better roster.
