16/8 intermittent fasting?

I went straight into it but I already had some habits to support it.  Was already skipping breakfast here and there and was limiting lunch intake as well.   That said my lifestyle was already on track for the routine and I just buttoned it up and made it more regimented.

I started it in December 2019 and lost 18 lbs.  I eat between  noon and 8 pm.  It's really easy I don't miss breakfast at all. I also cut out soft drinks and fruit juices. I pretty much drink water only. I stop drinking energy drinks and I feel better than I have in years.

If you can do 18/6 I would highly recommend it.  IMO it makes a difference.

Right after a workout feels great. 

There is also a type of fat in your body that activates when you get cold, so there's actually a science behind it.

Brown fat is not activated with your ten minute cold shower lol. Stay in there for 3 hours we’ll talk.

Benefits of a cold show and ice bath come from shivering (if you can handle that), but more importantly when you warm back up, it increases your blood boost flow thus giving your muscles more to heal and overall more energy.

Fat people on fasting ‘I don’t know HOW to eat healthy and I sure don’t WANT to exercise. I know! I’ll just stop eating!’.
