He was THE guy I wanted in that draft class. I was bummed when we drafted Beason that year but he obviously became a great player for us and a few years later we ended up with both anyway. Win/win.

I bet you are right. His agent is going to shop him around to contenders (maybe through next season) and he’ll retire if no one bites.

Olsen was a top 7 ish panther for me and I wish him all the best.

I don't think he has much football left in him but the whole world is at his feet right now and he could do whatever he wanted.

The only dead cap really hurting us is Luke's.  After that is Matt Kalil.  They are like 99% of our dead cap.

That’s the NFL... Even Witten May play for a different team next year... I just hope Greg doesn’t go to Pats or NFC South. Packers would be a good landing spot (football-wise). Maybe back with Ron in DC, and then he’s not too far from Charlotte.
