It’s not the reality. The reality is that there are people on this board and in this fan base that don’t like Cam because he’s a black QB and he’s not Russell Wilson black or RG3 black. And if you don’t see that maybe it’s you living in the bubble.

Thank you. And quite a few of them post on here

That kid was like 5’7

Ya I get that. If that’s was a 6’ guy he still would have had to reach up and expose himself because cam would have throw to the same position on a taller person. Cams footwork looked good in the one shot he just needs to pull down on the release a bit and get comfortable with himself again.

QFT

Cam is unabashedly black and confident. I love the swag and the dab. As a result he lives rent free in the heads of trumpers and Awh shucks Jake Delhomme 4 INTs a game Panther fans.

If it's between cam and Allen, I can give you a spoiler alert who will win that battle

That’s fine.  Cams future is a touchy subject.  I hope he plays well and we tear teams apart.  It’s so controversial to suggest his performance could have diminished even Tepper doesn’t want to say it.  We are better off if Cam himself proves he is ready to go.

The touchy subject is the franchise slipping to the bottom of our division and honestly the entire NFL by seasons end after Newton went down with injury. When we were getting blown out by Washington of all teams, at home no less, did it seem like something was missing?

People want to win. If the prevailing option is moving on from a former MVP who will forever remain "0-8" in the eyes of some then you better have something more to show for the future than two of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL.

I was just happy to see the guy passing the football. Been a long time.

Me to.. And the motion looks good and it shows he still trying to keep his elbow and shoulders tight to his body like Norv wanted him to..

Also the deep ball hit that kid running .. No loss of stride on that pass..

And MVP QB who was hurt has to “earn” his spot back. What a joke.

If Cam was a former MVP QB who was a "scrappy" "field general" who had "moxie", it would automatically be assumed that you play him until he proves he can't handle the position anymore.

But since Cam isn't a "scrappy" "field general" with "moxie", well then, he just has to prove himself all over again, doesn't he.

Its a corollary to Clause Four of Rule Two, Sub-paragraph B of the Former MVP QB Manual, copyright 1972 (never revised), if you're wondering.
