I'd actually agree he was pretty decent quarterback coach.

Sadly for us, Rivera put him in a job that he wasn't qualified for and then refused to move on from him.

Personnel decisions were never exactly Ron's strong suit when it came to players or coaches.

I think he did a poor job with Cam as a passer to be honest. Cam has been great in spite of poor QB coaching, I think he could’ve been better with a much better mentor/QB coach.
