Maybe Dave’s been reading my Twitter, because I’ve been signaling March as a timeline for weeks now. That’s probably what’s going to end up happening, honestly.

You have a problem with there being multiple threads about the teams franchise quarterback and his future here?

Seems like kind of a big deal. I know you want him gone, but you're just gonna have to suck it up for a while.

Love Cam, but this simply isn't true.

Luke has been our best player until retirement, and possibly out best player of all time.

Like Luke, but not true.
 

I don’t think with Cam, our offense has ever been ranked in the bottom 3. With Luke, our defense was definitely that this year.

Cam was the best player at his position once.  Luke has been the best at his position every year he has been in the league.

Most important?  Hell yes, Cam every day.

Best player?  Luke, Smith, Newton.

I obviously want that guy on my team. However, can that Cam return? If the answer is yes, awesome! If we see the Cam of early last year, the jury is still out.

But I honestly don't think we're getting that guy back. And because of that, I've made my peace with a new beginning. I wish Cam the best of course, and if he continues playing for us, that's great. I'll hope for the best. But I think the way things are moving with the complete overhaul, we may as well just reboot the whole thing.
