Back to where we started. Hurney has done nothing right and Tepper is an idiot for retaining him. I knew this would go nowhere and be a waste of time. Totally predictable and appreciate the effort. Must be tough to hear that he is so respected around the league and you know the truth which is he is terrible.

Thanks for playing .. LOL

Where is the response to Paridis, Trai, KK, Daryl?

Thought we were going back and forth?

Edit to add:  I have already agreed that he has done some things right.  Moore, possibly Burns, picking up Reid off the street.  You have yet to say one thing he has done wrong....so....you are the one with continual praise, I'm the one saying yes, those were good moves.  Your turn to admit even one wrongdoing.

Simple. Paradis was still rehabbing his injury until the season started so he didn't get any time to build up his strength after the injury so as I said before the season started, anything we got of him last year was a bonus. If we keep him in 2020 and he sucks again might buy it. As for Williams he was a bust at tackle but better as a guard. Is 6 million too much for a decent guard? Compared to Matt Kalil he was a great signing. As for KK he has been healthy until this year and productive. Look at how we sucked when he went down and that is all you need to know about his value. As for Turner he hasn't been as good as expected but with a diminished Paradis due to injury and constant  changes at tackle and missing some games himself the whole.line lacked chemistry throughout the year and while he didn't deserve the probowl, he certainly didn't suck.

And you are right I haven't said he sucked because none of your points were that bad. There were a few but you didn't hit them yet.  Thanks for playing.

Paridis wasn't a bad signing or contract, got it.

Restructuring KK and Trai weren't bad moves, got it.

Daryl being brought back in to start at LT wasn't a bad move, got it.

Cutting Butker and keeping Gano wasn't a bad move, got it.

Extending Olsen coming off a foot injury, over 30, with another year on his contract wasn't a bad move, got it.

Extending TD, when we had Shaq for cheap wasn't a bad move, got it.

Signing Shaq to a new deal approaching a rebuild wasn't a bad move, got it.

Drafting Gaulden in the 3rd wasn't a bad move, got it.

Did I miss any?

On to the next one.

Torrey Smith being kept on for a year at 5M with zero dead cap if cut?

We didn't talk Shaq but given Kuechly retirement it might not be a great problem although I was not a fan. Now Torry Smith was a problem. You finally got one right. And remember I said Williams as a tackle was a bust but he was better as a guard.  Daley was a good pickup as a late rounder but won't say that much about him or Little yet as it is hard as a rookie to come in and shine at tackle. And again Gaulden was a bust but he was a pick we got for dumping Benjamin who Buffalo dumped and got nothing for him. We fleeced Buffalo and really did well dumping Benjamin and took a flyer on Gaulden so was it a bad move or just not a good move? You shouldn't have to slant what I say if his failures are so obvious. You fact you have to spin everything suggests your case isn't that strong.

I'm stating facts, you are stating opinion.

I can do this with salary cap numbers if you prefer?

KB being traded was fine, going into the playoffs with Clay and Bersin as WR's was not.  We got a 3rd though, so OK.

But with the 3rd pick, he chooses a bum, that's a waste of resources, or a bad pick/decision.

KK and Trai's restructure?

Forgot the Williams nonsense, he was brought back to start at LT, Hurney and Ron both said so at the time.  Awful move, and a waste of cap space.

Nope. If he sucks at tackle but was pretty decent at guard then it wasn't awful it simple wasn't filling the spot we needed but when Turner went down it wasn't that bad. 6 million for a guard isn't bad. Again no one said it was a good move but to say it was awful is exaggerating quite a bit. I guess we are done and as I predicted it went nowhere.

You haven't stated any facts at all. Everything you said was opinion. Do you even know the difference? Hint anything that uses the term, good, bad, waste awful etc is an opinion.

Marty Hurney said he was brought back to play LT, he can't play anywhere on the line.  It was a waste of resources.

Kk and Trai restructure, answer that one.  Are you in favor of that move?

You keep on not bringing good stuff to the table 1 by 1 like we had agreed, but I keep bringing bad ones.  Keep up.

Correct while they haven't been great they were not bad extensions. Given how everyone has played the past 2 years I would be singling them out. What about the 40 million we paid Cam the last 2 years for 6 wins. Oh that is right, that wasn't Hurney so let's ignore that. And what about Matt Kalil. Of yeah not Hurney again. Truth is the worse contracts were not his and given that 85% of Turner's deal was negotiated before Hurney took over that would be on Gettleman too.  So no I don't think Hurney has done a bad job at all. But again I didn't go into this to just rehash the same old crap circulating for months. Nothing you have said is new and frankly you bolstered my case so again what is the point? I am too busy to waste time on old worn out debates where nothing changes.
