You're kidding ...right? BTW both teams are despised equally.

shittalk isnt comparable to actual headhunting and trying to help shill and cover up sexual abuse scandals. if you're sensitive enough to get asshurt over a QB saying get the fug off my field then that's unfortunate, i guess.

Katrina was the perfect storm. Literally. It was also handled about as poorly as one could imagine, from the bush administration to the local government and law enforcement. It should be an example of what not to do.

everytime the saints win or things don’t go their way we always see that statue of Steve Gleason.

katrina actually couldve been much worse than it was, it weakened significantly prior to landfall due to an influx of dry air into the eye and landfalled as a category 3. if that thing had landfalled at is peak intensity it would've been much worse. the perfect storm, in my opinion, would've been it coming ashore with 150-160 mph winds, which was a reasonable expectation prior to the weakening.

Of course they won't.

The Athletic, citing a league source, reported (subscription required) that the NFL will not investigate the Saints' interactions with the archdiocese unless the emails, if made public, show troublesome actions by the team. "The NFL finds the behavior of the deacon repugnant but based on available evidence the Saints did nothing wrong, this source said," The Athletic's Daniel Kaplan wrote.

ewwwwwwww.    the nfl won't take a stand until there's video plastered across espn all day.   no different than the stand they 'took' with women.   until there is video proof they'll just keep sweeping shite under the rug.  plus, billionaires are known to have some disgusting habits.  i would not be at all surprised to find out a few of them are into this kind of abomination

Where was all the outrage when Tom Benson was holding the state hostage and threatening to move the team long before Katrina made the situation even worse?

A $185M post-Katrina renovation with $95M coming from FEMA. Never mind the fact people were still living in FEMA trailers when the NFL proudly hosted yet another Super Bowl in the shithole known as the Super Dome.

In 2009, Benson negotiated this deal with the state of Louisiana: Over 15 years, the term of the lease, the state will pay Benson at least $198 million in increased revenue from the Superdome, $142 million in rental payments on property Benson owns, $10 million in bonuses for bringing the Super Bowl to New Orleans and $2.6 million in tax breaks. Benson will get another $40 million from private rent payments to a tower he bought as part of the deal.

Fug everything Saints.
