Should be an extremely interesting next couple of years. Our HC, OC and DC all have zero NFL experience outside a couple years as low level assistants.

Load up the lower level coaching positions with NFL veteran coaches- say get a former head coach to be ass't head coach for offense. Should be the best of both worlds- the experience the rookie coaches can draw on and the fresh perspective and ideas the rookies bring.

everyone complained about having a predictable team outdated philosophy...

so now we hire young guys and have no clue what they will do or are capable of

one thing we know though is their ideas will be original and innovative, whether they work or not we shall see but that’s all part of the risk you take people need to stop being such drama queens bitching just to bitch and realize we’re taking a risk and hoping it plays out big

its much better than sitting around in a mediocre state comfortable with moderate success every 1-2 years and a shitfest in between

I wouldn’t be shocked if Luke goes to work for Rivera.

I think Luke is going to stay here, not sell his house, not live away from his GF, not move away from his best friends, etc.

He doesn’t need the money. He can stay involved with football without upending his life.

It makes me laugh that people bring up Snow coaching on an 0-16 team as a LB coach where the only thing good defensively on that team was their LBs. Or the idea that a coach can't get better and he will always just be the guy as back then. He has balled out as a DC at two different stops where talent is a struggle. He has been a better defensive coordinator than Rhule was leading an offense. Put some respect on his name.
