Well, they've pretty much handed him the keys. He'll probably get to pick the GM too (Lord, please let it be Marty).

You know "putting players in best position blah blah blah". Honestly come draft and free agent signing both will show where they are headed. I believe they are trying to keep it secret for competitive advantages, but that gos away once they start signing/drafting certain types.

For me I favor the hybrid scheme even after it failed with Ron.

My bet is Rhule's typical multiple 4-3 look. 4 down linemen will be our staple D. He loves zone blitzes and generally has one LB who functions in a 3-4 OLB type role. That might be Burns' role.

The majority of Snow's pro coaching experience was working with 4-3 alignments under Rod Marinelli and Joe Barry.

Rhule was said to favor a 4-3 system so I'd expect that. We could hear otherwise though.
