Figured as soon as Baylor hired LSU's DC he was coming.

Stipulation always seemed to be that Rhule was allowing Baylor's HC situation to play itself out first before making an official move on Snow.

Should be an extremely interesting next couple of years. Our HC, OC and DC all have zero NFL experience outside a couple years as low level assistants.

I don’t know how I feel about this move. Now, we have a head coach, offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator that are all from colleges last season.

I'm viewing it as a double edged sword like in most careers. Green rookies. No bad habits at the NFL level, but also no experience. So, the possibility for them to grow and adapt and coach in a way that is not predicated on former experience which can lead to old ideas not working today...but also, could be in over their heads.

We shall see.

I am willing to see how it plays out.

Not like having all that NFL experience in the coaching tree helped out recently.

All three of the guys they''ve interviewed for the QB Coach spot have NFL head coaching experience.
