I feel like Andy Reid can't screw this up.  Just let Mahomes do what he does I don't believe GB nor SF can keep up offensively.

I love Favre as well one of my favorite players ever. But other than the arm strength and willingness to take deep shots I don’t see a ton of similarities. Mahomes is much more consistent in the short and intermediate range. I’d compare him to a more mobile, bigger armed Rodgers honestly. Some of the plays those two guys make with their arm finding some tiny little window to throw it just aren’t made by any other QB. Favre made some crazy plays too of course but I think it was different types. I just remember Rodgers against us in 2015 pulling TDs out of his ass like crazy that just looked impossible and like magic or voodoo or some poo. That’s what I see in Mahomes now too. and not like Wilson who has crazy plays but just tosses it high in the air and hopes his guy catches it (and they always do).

I don’t think you watched Brett Favre play? 
maybe open up some 90s highlights too.

The dude was about as accurate as anyone in tight windows. And he got to be unstoppable as games went on. He was just willing to sling it a lot more into right windows hence the interceptions.

Yeah it’s really too bad that Rivera could never have an innovative OC or that we couldn’t have a innovative offensive minded HC with a healthy Cam in his prime. But maybe we’ll have a shot in the next year or two with Brady and someone like Tua or Lawrence... Or even Cam if he somehow got healthy and stayed here (but the writing does seem to be on the wall unfortunately)

I’ve watched Favre as much as anyone. I don’t disagree with you at all that he could be deadly accurate. They’re just different types of throws with the same results. And yeah Favre could be the most accurate QB in the league at times, and then look horrible at times, he was never one of the most consistent passers.
