Do you guys actually pay attention to these guys college careers ? Lol

He has the tools.  At Washington, can you name one of his WRs?  The #1 receiver was the TE.

There are criticisms for every QB--Burrow does not have the experience, Tua is fragile,  Herbert makes bad decisions, Love has terrible field vision, Fromm's arm is average and he caved down the stretch, Eason throws too hard--You can argue that he was not great in college.

Take a look at the current starting QBs in the league---Prescott, Mahommes, J. Allen--they were not world beaters in college.  They each have a unique skill set that NFL coaches refine.  We never had player development under RR--which is why he hated playing rookies.

Shocker sees what I do.  He had no control over who was at WR at Washington or who called the plays.  I think at #7 no way, but trading back---or maybe at #38.  He needs a pocket--like Herbert--to be effective.

I think everyone here understands that a QB at #7 isn't in the cards.  Our realistic shot is in round 2.  That said, I hope Herbert is gone and we pass on Love.  Those two guys have bust written all over them.  Fromm, Eason and Hurts I am good with in round 2.

A wasted pick is taking a QB in the 2nd round.. If you don't have a franchise QB getting a developmental 1 in the 2nd isn't the answer..

I'm glad you 2 see the same thing.. I think you both were high and drunk while watching this guy.. He really isn't this good to warrant such high praise.. if he is picked before the 3rd round somebody should be fired the next day...

Never used drugs and don't drink.

As usual, you attack the poster and then offer no facts beyond your opinion-operating on the assumption that you are not a dumbass.

We know better.  Your opposition validates my position--he will go in round 2.

His college career are my facts..

Terrible until last year where he was okay.. Not spectacular.. Lead his team to nothing.. Other then being big and having a above avg. Arm . There is nothing else that says he should be a 1st round QB.. He's not a great mover in the pocket doesn't have much improvisation skills when a play breaks down.. And generally isn't considered a great leader..Which is why he had a battle for the starting QB job up until the last week before the start of the college season.. With Jacob Hanier in Washington.. Who has way less skill  then Eason but was considered a better leader by that Washington coaching staff..

He has bust development QB written all over him...

PS.. Please don't be so sensitive.. I said you were drunk when you develop this opinion.. I didn't call you a name or trashed you hard.. Grow up and get a grip..

If you're not giving Cam another season or getting any of the top 3 QB'S in this draft.. What's the point??

Either go after a young FA or go with the 2 development QB already on the roster on your way to try and get a QB in the better QB draft next year...

Don't waste another draft pick on a development QB in the 2nd or 3rd round 2 years in a row..

If we’re taking a risk at QB for 7, I’d rather go with Love. He has more potential than Eason in my opinion. With that said, I don’t believe we go QB at 7.

I like love better but even I don't see him as worth a top 10 pick... He is a late 1st early 2nd round QB prospect... Right now that what his college career says..
