Garrett is one of those guys who is a better coordinator than head coach.  His HC time was under Jerrah Jones' thumb, so we don't know for sure how good or bad he actually was in the position since we know who calls the shots there.  He may have had more say-so as their OC than he did as their HC.

Probably a pretty decent pickup for the Gents.
