Mainly just don't want McCoy. Not the greatest QB coach I remember seeing. All those, "hey, let's throw the ball in a bucket" .....just didn't see it as being that much of a help.

Can’t tell which to prefer. McCoy’s most recent jobs make it look like he just ‘doesn’t have it’ anymore. At one point he was a hot name though. McAdoo aside from head coaching seems fine. I guess I should remind myself they aren’t even going to be OCs here, so it’s probably minimal risk on that front.

He never had it. Never. He went to Denver and was basically a clipboard holder for mckid. He is a really nice guy and a lot of people liked him which is why there was so much talk about him. They wanted him to be something more than he was. He kind of failed everywhere but he always got promoted. I never understood it except that he had a lot of key people talking him up and he was nice and interviewed well.
