Mike Garafolo confirmed Rhule didn't want roster control.

Not saying he wanted it. Saying Hurney and Tepper gave it to him. Similar to what Rivera got in Washington just not as much of it. At least this is a rumor going around about his deal.

That's been speculated, and it's a very interesting development.

If he does get the Browns job (word is he's the favorite if he wants it) we'd likely still be looking elsewhere.

They way Tepper is handling this reminds me of the way you would handle a break up with a girl you are banging when you are in-between girlfriends. 

You really don't want her for anything serious but she's better than nothing.  And you just can't dump her until you find the next hot girl worth the effort.

I think that is where we are.
