I guess you know his injuries better then a guy who walks past him every week lol.

I remember when I was at Michigan State we had our star linebacker I would walk by 3-4 days per week on the way to our morning classes.  For like 3-4 weeks in a row I would see him in a walking boot.  Then he'd play in the games on Saturday, then back to the walking boot during the week.

Meh.  Love Trevor, but if you've got a problem with a QB trash talking while playing lights out, then this probably hasn't been the team for you the past 9 years.

Lets see how Trevor does with a little adversity.  He's had nothing but blazing success his entire football career, hopefully he grows from the loss.

I'm a huge Clemson guy, but I'd rather have Burrow.

I go to class with TL in the same building. Not in the exact same class (I'm Accounting and he is a general business major), but I walk by him 2-3 times a week. He was hurt before that game and has been all year. Injury tape has been on his shoulder (not as major as Cam's) and it finally got to him in these last two games. TL is a standup guy, makes good grades, and loves the game of Football. I was at the title game, Joe Burrow is a A-hole and was running his mouth the whole game and taunting the other Clemson players. Clemson's top 2 receivers were hurt and they were still in the game in the last qtr, but the refs called a BS call when Clemson threw a 52 yard TD pass to cut the margin back to 10 pts with 10 minutes left. I was so disgusted with LSU fans and their players booing our guys when they were injured I left a game I spent over $1500 to attend with 5 minutes left in the 4th, we don't need that guy as our leader. I understand football mechanics, but TL is a great guy who we would be very proud to have as our qb and will do what it takes to win. I've heard doubters about him and with the way our team is looking, especially after eating 15 million in dead cap from Luke, I figured I'd tell y'all about how he is off the field. I don't think I've ever seen TL miss class unless the football schedule commanded it, I doubt Joe Burrow can say the same thing. Flame me, but if you think this team very well might not be 2010 bad, then you need to take off your blue tinted glasses. Even with Cam Newton, I don't see how this team will win 5 games.

well, the Clemson WRs were pretty banged up.   That was a given.  Especially Higgins.  He probably should not of played in either game.  He was wrecked after that first series in the Ohio St game and kept getting more hurt.

as far as TL? I mean, he is what he is.  LSU game doesn't really change anything.  Best prospect since Luck.   The narrative some are trying to create because of one game is just comical.  Maybe it was a just a bad day.  Who knows why....but he had a bad game.   Trevor has always played his best in big games.   Now clowns are acting like he is a choker despite everything he has ever done running in stark contrast.

Trevor Lawerence had I think 16 overthrows in that game.  More in a game than an entire year and LSU's defense isn't that good.   For whatever reason he was off.  Doesn't really matter why to me.  Players like Lawrence can have a bad game.

But yeah, Burrow is the personality type you actually do root against.  More Baker to him than the current media narrative acknowledges.  Lawerence is basically Luck in most aspects.

Lol. How about being down 16-0 to #2 OSU? How about his early season interceptions? He came back well both times. Amazing that a kid, yes a kid, who started this season as a 19 year old can get so much grief for having a not so good game against a great team basically playing at home.

No chance I want a 23 year old 5th year one year wonder over a 20 year old 2nd year QB with huge potential. I’m shooting for Lawrence/Fields in next year’s draft if we move on from Cam.

Yeah he played great against OSU.

I mean its a moot point because we have no chance of drafting Burrow.  But you're being way more tough on the guy that started the season as a 22 year old JAG that won the Heisman and a natty in his first season as a starter than the guy that has been heralded as the best prospect since Luck since he was 17, and came into one of the most ideal situations a new young QB could hope to.

I'd love if we drafted Trevor.  But I'd love Burrow too.

I don’t think I’ve said anything bad about Burrow other than he did strike me as similar to Baker in attitude which works when winning. I’d take him first but I wouldn’t trade up for him. Too costly. I think we have a much better shot at Lawrence/Fields next year than people think.

Just amazes me the short as attention spans of most people and the lack of knowledge. One bad game erases all of someone’s potential and trying to compare a 20 year old college player to a 23 test old? As you said Burrow was JAG. If he was a stud already, 2019 would have been his 2nd year in the NFL. Burrow was eligible for for the 2018 draft when we picked Moore. Lawrence can’t even be drafted until the 2021 draft. Not saying Burrow is bad but laughing at Lawrence being a bum now. That said some of the posters saying that are known for their awful takes.

Well you've been way more negative about Burrow than I have about Trevor.  Nobody said he's a bum and that his potential is gone, especially not me.
