I remember years ago we had a new hire (laborer for construction) and it had a space to fill out the email portion.  One guy's email he put down was [email protected].  First we laughed that he would put that on a job application (alot of guys just skipped over it).  But then we thought...wait, so pimpwhistle1 and 2 were already taken? Back to the OP's topic, I remember many years ago Matt Millen's son used to post on the main Detroit Lions forum.  It was obvious he was some kind of insider because the type of information he would give out.  Eventually stupid people who couldn't just enjoy the information without being detectives figured him out and outed him, so he had to quit posting.

I think it was meant as a light hearted joke, not a real "attempt" to pose as Luke. You would have to really be gullible to believe that the real Luke Kuechly would have the spare time to post over 2000 times on a football message board instead of being in the film room, training, or fly fishing.
