Can coordinators really leave that fast while under contract?

As long as it’s a promotion, they’re allowed to go. If it’s for an OC role on another team, then the panthers will need to give permission for him to interview since he’s under contract with us. Barring any setbacks like Brady struggling to thrive in the NFL, teams will definitely try to get the next McVay as their HC. Especially the Bengals since him and Burrow were an amazing duo this year and their current HC hasn’t shown much

Zimmer's got your number in the playoffs, though. I don't think you can deny that.

Zimmer's a damn good coach. He also sticks to his gameplan, unlike Payton.

Payton will get this wild hair up his *** and will abandon the run at the drop of a hat, even when it is working, just to throw it 40 times a game. As a result he outsmarts himself and has cost us games including the 49ers game and the Vikings game two Sundays ago.

Even our first game against y'all we almost ended up losing because we for some odd reason stopped running the ball with Murray despite him averaging 9.1 YPC on 7 carries.

And you call us Daddy.

But we can save that for another thread so we can get back on topic.

He's a very good hire. Will be interesting to see what happens with y'all QB room now he's the OC.

At least Brady knows he's got some young talent to build around on offense.  Poor Snow will be working scotch tape, string, chewed bubble gum and some pocket lint on defense.  He may get some results once pieced together, but it ain't going to be easy.
