You can't just "bring someone in". It takes a long time to learn the plays, learn your RBs favorite angles (and block that way for them), and to gel with said RB. It also takes a great FB to plow through the line as if they had the ball themselves and have your RB follow you.

Normally I'd agree, but a guy like Lorenzo Neal you can.

Similar to Testaverde, he's been around long enough and seen enough that the learning curve isn't so tough as it would be with a younger guy.

Someone would have to be cut (or IR'd) to make room though.
