Rhule himself has acknowledged that he wasn't a great recruiter. Part of the reason was that Baylor wasn't exactly the top choice of most students in Texas.

The NFL technically is a level playing field, though if we're being real, getting players to want to play for the Browns and Bengals is tougher than getting them to play for the Patriots or the Cowboys..

Also, according to Texans, no one who isn't from Texas with the ability to directly trace their lineage back to someone confirmed to have died heroically at the Alamo has any chance of ever understanding anything Texas. 

I understand Texas perfectly. Take everything and make it bigger, but devoid of meaning.
