I am surprised people are actually willing to take this job.I can't see how being a head coach for a terrible team and then getting fired after one year can help your career?

Typical of the factory, they made a good decision to avoid McDaniel's and cancelled that good with a bad decision to hire a guy who is no more qualified for that position than Kitchens was.
