Nope.  Cant risk it.  Gotta go o-line early and often.  We must fix 1.  Cant half ass both.  

How are we gonna trot Cam and CMC out there with this o-line?  Are we gonna let another superstar talent burnout having to do it all?  Our strengths are on the Offensive side.  But the line is trash and that makes what could be awesome, frustrating and ineffective.  Focus on the O-line and next year we can address the D-line. 

Here's the choice, have a great offense that can score on anybody or have a bad offense AND a bad defense.  I know my choice, but maybe marginal improvement is better for morale or whatever.

That Thomas is a solid NFL DL who doesn't make enough plays to justify drafting in the top 10.

No clue what his market value will be, but I wouldn't mind adding Thomas as a FA. IMO, he's basically a better version of Wes Horton at his best.

But at whose direction?  I don't think Hurney was making those decisions in a bubble.  I think Shaq was targeted for re-signing even before Ron was let go.  So, I think that was a deal that was already in the works that Marty just closed, and one Tepper was involved with.  And Efe was just an administrative move since he was an ERFA and was given a generic one year non-guaranteed contract. 

Regardless, now that Rhule has been hired, it is clear that Tepper is giving him control of the team so he can shape it as he sees fit.   And Marty does have a voice, but it's closer to a consultants than decision maker's voice.

Possibly Burns if someone needed a 34 OLB.

That is pretty much it.  We have nothing else of value unless you unload Luke or Shaq, but they both fit the 43

Trai Turner would probably be my #1 trade bait option if other teams viewed him as a legitimate Pro Bowl caliber player.
