Panthers come within 10 and I ban myself for a month and wear the avatar of their choice from Dec-Jan.

Saints win by more than 11 and they have leave for a week and wear the avatar of my choice until jan.

What the hell is "their" choice? These are not combined bets. They are made by individuals completely independent of one another. When you made these bets, you did not include any other participants, nor did you say the choice of your avatar would have to be debated/agreed upon by others.

So... Fiz wins, he gets to choose your avatar for Dec-Jan.

IAG wins... he gets to choose your avatar for Dec-Jan.

You are certain that the Saints win is a lock, so make the bets cumulative. Each real fan gets to choose your avatar for two months, served in succession, not simultaneously. Of course, the avatar that they pick will all be the same...a picture of Brees lying crumpled on the field with a broken spleen or rib or whatever, and Harris standing over him.

No, but this is NOT what you bet with these people. You bet that they, individually, would choose your avatar. Not combined.

You can't auction off your avatar for a month to multiple people and pretend like it's a specific bet.

Well first off, I'm a gambler at heart which is why I take offense to this without even having anything at stake.

You can't make these general bets to say "whoever" gets "a week", every bet is basically like a legal contract.

You win #1 guy, you get to pick my avatar from Date1 through Date2.

You win #2 guy, you get to pick my avatar from Date3 through Date4.

ect, ect....

You can't keep adding people on to the original bet (if you lose) when that's not what you agreed on originally. Each bet needs to be specific and distinct from one another.
