We'll see. McDaniels reportedly makes $4Mish per year in NE as an OC. The LSU and Clemson DCs both make in the $2.5M range.

This is true. The gloves are off when it comes to non-player expenditures. Everyone is operating under the same salary cap for players, but you can spend as wildly as you want on staff, facilities, etc.
