Normally i'd say good luck to him, but nah. fug this conehead looking ass motherfuger. He single handedly made the defense look awful while he was DC and then had the fortune of Ron coming in and saving his ass. Ultimately costing Ron his job. Which is my theory on why Ron was like, nope, you're on your own bud. McD isn't stupid. Washington is a good DL coach, NOTHING more. But sincerely, fug this guy.

Good luck to him, he's a darned good DL coach. He got moved up to DC way before he was ready, but Buffalo has made a solid hire.

Still, glad to see he's headed to the Panthers North rather than staying here. New faces and new places.

super nice guy. met him in the underpass on my way to work while he was walking to the practice field from the stadium. not his fault he wasnt ready to be a DC and Rivera couldnt see it

There is a very real thing in life called over promoting someone.  Means you can have a GREAT employee.  Fantastic.  You can then overpromote them.....into a position they don't excel at.  That doesn't mean the person wasn't great and won't be again in the right job. 

Washington is a great DL coach.  The fact we put him into a job he didn't do well doesn't change that.
