Good for him and the Bills and us. We get rid of a guy who wore out his welcome, he gets another job with an upcoming organization and the Bills get a respected solid DL coach.

I kinda feel bad for skins fans and kinda not. Rivera will have success in that weak division but he's also going to promote within just like the Panthers with the same results.

There is a very real thing in life called over promoting someone.  Means you can have a GREAT employee.  Fantastic.  You can then overpromote them.....into a position they don't excel at.  That doesn't mean the person wasn't great and won't be again in the right job. 

Washington is a great DL coach.  The fact we put him into a job he didn't do well doesn't change that.

Redskins and most franchises.....have not had the success in recent times that Ron achieved here in Carolina.  Skins will gladly take those results.
