Not entirely, if hes a good hire it should show and if not I dont see Tepper having a problem parting with some guaranteed money to get better, he want to win. We just aren't that bad of a team outside of our QB situation last year. If Cam is truly healthy, wich I think he will be, Rhules effect should show rather quickly. Imo our run stop situation was being completely undermanned at an important position for a 34 and on top of that the guys we did have got hurt. Regardless a healthy Cam led team should do at least as well as Ron's teams even with growing pains of a new HC involved. Just my opinion bro.

It IS pretty funny how Tepper has no sense of these things. It's like how Michael Bloomberg is paying his campaign workers $6,000 a month when most presidential campaign workers for Trump or Obama or Bush or Clinton would make less than a third that much.

it a little sad how desperately Tepper is blindly defended in all action as well he is just super rich and all these other billionaires are just being pushed around.  I mean Mara simply thought Tepper was being dumb by paying him that.  Mara would have he thought he was worth it.

I mean you could make an argument they’re just giving him a year because they didn’t like the crop of coaches this year but if Tepper wanted this guy out of all the candidates, he has the money to not lose him. You and mr scot seemed to care more about the perceptions of other teams/people then the fact Tepper was willing to pay for Matt. He also had to give him more money then Baylor was.
