As to Burns, I agree you bulk him up. Don't know if it works, but I think it's the best strategy.

I think Addison was an OLB that beefed up when 4 3 teams started taking him in.  I think he can add some weight.

Lets not forget

Rhule has always talked about mismatches even if it means moving people around.  

A few people including one of the ESPN draft heads thought Burns Could play a 4-3 OLB.

 

Anthony Barr, is Very similar to Burns coming out.  Was a 3-4 OLB in college, and has been a Stud as a OLB in Minnesota's 4-3.
