Falcons check list and how it relates to the Panthers

Yet they lose the game. To beat the Saints on Sunday the Panthers will need special teams plays and an all around terrible day from our offense. long shot at best.

Sounds like you are trying to convince yourself. I think you are worried now. Don't panic it's only gonna last a few hours.

Hopefully this will be a good game, no doubt the saints are a good team

I felt the falcons put up a good game tonight they fell short a couple of drives near the end, and they played terrible the 2nd quarter, i was rooting for the saints to win but i got a little nervous a few times

Hopefully we can bring the same panthers to NO as we did to AZ, Should be a good game.

Your record is never as good as your team is, and is never as bad as the team is

Because 3000 is so much better:rolleye:

If Carolina runs the ball effectively, Carolina wins. If the Saints slow down Carolina's run game, the Saints win. Not a whole lot more to it. Carolina just needs to own the TOP and keep Brees out of rhythm. After shredding Arizona's D on the ground, I don't see why they can't do the same to NO.

Not necessarily. This Saints team is a lot like my 1999 Rams. Those Rams face several good running teams. Opposing coordinators never had the guts to stick with the run because they figured the Rams were going to put up 30 points on them, and because let's face it the best attack is a balanced attack. Jake will have to show up and play better than average for the Panthers to win this game.

I think Jake will have a great game. He is super comfortable in his home town, which I think is the reason for his past success vs. NO. I think our running game will also be solid. If we lose its going to be because our defense especially our secondary can't keep up with Brees and the saint offense.

Well lets just hope that our better running game and on fire defense can change the game in our favor.

The Saints look beatable, however their coach is excellent and they aren't going to make many mistakes but if we can capitalize when they do it will be GG Carolina wins.

Gotta give the Saints credit, they ran real well ( a product of Brees, but it was better then I expected either way ) and they def. bring the heat.

For the Panthers the run game has to be ON, Jake has to be able to make throws ( more then last game, but not a stupid number ) and not turn it over, the Oline has to pick up the blitz and not let jake start making crazy throws and peppers has to get pressure and get double teamed to let the other Dline men get pressure.

Personally I think the Panthers can beat them if they come out and play like they have to talent to.

Were those teams 7-0?

Did they have the #3rd rushing offense?

Did they have 16 INTs by week 7?

Did they have 16 sacks by week 7?

Dude, you sound like a spoiled little bitch that just got a new toy.

Shut it and let's see what happens on Sunday.

Saints win and you can talk poo.....they lose and be ready to get buried here.

Saints have played well so far....but they have not won a damn thing.

Holy crap guys!

Let's stop being a bunch of homers and admit that the Saints guy is speaking the absolute truth. The Falcons did everything in their power to win this game. They won the turnover battle, they had an amazing rushing attack and they controlled the clock but still lost despite it all. The Falcons are a superior team to the Panthers, no doubts about it.

Last week we all considered the Panthers to be part of the bottom 5 poo teams of the year..Suddenly after a win, Falcons aren't that superior and the Saints are full of poo?...Cmon.

The Saints we beat all those years did not:

Average FOURTY POINTS per game, they also did not have a respectable defense. Please note that I said RESPECTABLE, not GREAT...But it's a great improvement compared to previous years. Also, they are undefeated and they've played a handful of good teams.

Please don't let this Arizona win get to your heads and feed the homerism. We played well, we need to build on it, but the Saints are a far superior team at this point and our chances are very slim....But....There's a chance.
