The OLine coaching job is scaring me. This is a very important job, especially for the Panthers and it does not seem as if we are looking at any good options.

It's a shame they didn't jump on Bill Callahan before the Browns did.

Alot of people going to wish we went after more NFL experience, after this experiment blows up Tepper's face. I don't know what the hell he is doing and thinking.

When we’re done it will be a healthy mix between college and the NFL.

Yeah that which is what the opposite all y'all know it all's where saying before the season began. When I said Cam was done and we would have a terrible season.

One "sort of" update: Another team that interviewed both Ben McAdoo and Scott Linehan is hiring someone else.

They interviewed former Giants OL Coach Pat Flaherty but haven't hired him.

They tried to interview Saints Assistant OL Brendan Nugent (a longtime friend of Rhule) and got blocked.

Now word that they're interested in former Packers / temporary Browns OL Coach James Campen.

Definitely seems like they're indecisive right now.

Did we really need to make 85% of the staff Baylor guys? Happy with rhule and Brady, but did most everyone else really need to come from Baylor?

My concern is that he just doesnt have anyone else to ask.
