The folks on the Baylor side expect Snow to be DC as well, however, it is strange that it has not been made public. Rhule did want Baylor to finish their search before moving, so perhaps that is part of the delay. If you check Baylor’s official coach page you get a little hint at what’s coming as well.

Yeah, they've removed Snow, Jackson, Siravo and Cooper but left others at positions that have been filled.

One interesting note: They've removed DL Coach Frank Okam though I read he was interviewing for another college DL Coach job so it might not mean anything to us.

I feel like I’ve been stalking the 247 Baylor site trying to get an idea of who’s coming. Okay was supposed to be interviewing with Texas however the Baylor mod on that site believes he’s heading to Carolina. With that said, he could be coming as an assistant DL coach as you alluded earlier. 
 

Siravo I haven’t heard a lot about. With Holcomb supposedly coming, it seems odd that he’d be coming as well. However, he also has ST experience. We seem to be moving at a methodical pace, which I guess is not too bad.

Best I can tell, Siravo will be a typical linebacker coach and Holcomb will be the "defensive run game coordinator".

What that means? You'd probably have to ask Matt Rhule. Job titles and descriptions in the NFL are extremely flexible.

Hopefully with the SB set, we can get our staff finalized. I know the league doesn’t like emphasis being taken from their games.

We're bringing a couple of non-coaching staff members, a strength and conditioning coach and possibly an analytics type guy.

As far as I know though, Purrcussion hasn't been replaced...at least not yet.

Granted it's possible, but nobody's had any indication that it's anyone but Phil Snow. He's been taken off the Baylor staff listing as well.

With the Baylor head coaching search settled and the championship games decided, it's possible we get some more official announcements from the Panthers within the next few days.

Biggest question in my mind right now is who's gonna take the QB coach job.

That, plus the OL coach (Flaherty or maybe someone we hadn't heard yet).

If Coughlin influences the QBC decision, I feel like it'll be Ben McAdoo.

Definitely will be a key hire because it seems all the options are former NFL head coaches. Is there anyone else projected to be on staff who is at the moment?

Not that I know of, though I admit something feels shaky about the OL Coach job.
